Help & Support

  • We support individuals who face barriers accessing mainstream healthcare. Individuals without a medical card and who have no means to go to a private GP.  We see adults and children.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    ·       People experiencing homelessness

    ·       International Protection Applicants

    ·       Migrants

  • We provide a full range of primary care services, including:

    ·       General GP and nurse consultations

    ·       Mental health support

    ·       Addiction services

    ·       Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, hypertension)

    ·       Sexual health services

    ·       Vaccinations and screenings

    ·       Wound care

    ·       Prescriptions

    ·       Referrals to hospitals or specialists where needed

  • Safetynet Primary Care is free of charge.

  • For new patients, please bring a list of medications you are on, if applicable. 

    If you are an International Protection Applicant, please bring your               IPAS TRC card and overseas medical records, if available.
