Practice Nurse Manager - Full Time (Start Date August/September 2020) 

 

Location: Inclusion Health Hub, Summerhill, Dublin

Safetynet Primary Care seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to work Full time (5 days) each week from August/September 2020.

The role will involve providing clinical nursing, health promotion and screening and vaccination under the clinical governance of the GP at Safetynet Primary Care’s Inclusion Health Practice.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering health care to vulnerable people including those experiencing homelessness addiction or migration. You will need excellent inter-personal skills and like working with a team and on your own initiative.

Staff Nurse (General - Safetynet Services) - Full Time (Start Date August/September 2020) 

 

Location: Dublin / Nationwide

Safetynet is currently looking to employ a Staff Nurse (General) to provide nursing services at Staff Nurse level across all its Safetynet service teams :

  • Community Assessment Hub (CAH)

  • Mobile Health and Screening Unit (MHSU)

  • Inclusion Health Hub (IHH)

  • Homeless Primary Care Team (Inreach)

  • Mobile Health Unit Outreach (MHU)

 

This position is based primarily in Dublin, but has a national remit involving travel to various locations as identified by HSE Social Inclusion and Safetynet.
